Adamantine Tower, it is called, for the unknown, ageless material from which it is built, and Tower Zero, as the edifice that predates all other buildings on Mundus. They existed in arena and daggerfall but the lore wasn't Fleshed out (well Some was, but not to the point that Morrowind codified it.) Oh yeah very canon (Well at least since Morrowind).
